Does this calculator account for holidays?
No — it counts weekdays (Monday through Friday) only, and doesn't know about public holidays, which vary by country and even by company. Subtract holidays manually if your date range includes any.
Are both the start and end date included in the count?
Yes, if both fall on a weekday. The calculator counts every weekday from the start date through the end date, inclusive of both endpoints.
